    1. Shipping Terms

    • Free shipping for orders over $69. 

    • $10 fee for orders under $69.

    • $100 fee for Fedex 2Day Delivery (Optional).

    2. Shipment Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

    • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

    3. Order Tracking Information

    • You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

    • You may also track your order in your order history in the account center OR track your order HERE

    • It may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

    4. Shipment Carriers

    • Our current primary shipping carriers are FedEx and USPS.

    5. Shipping Restrictions

    • Orders are shipped to the contiguous United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories).

    • We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

    • You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

    6. Shipping Information

    • Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us at services@laserpecker.com within 48 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.

    7. Delivery

    • As our laser machines are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.

    • Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collect the item, LaserPecker will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product.

    8. Damages

    • If you received your order damaged, please contact LaserPecker Support within 7 business days at services@laserpecker.com.

    • We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
