So far, a great purchase: excellent quality, beautiful design, easy to assemble and super user-friendly.
I am writing regarding our recent order of the LP5 Deluxe. Unfortunately, the package we received was missing two items that were supposed to be included:

I also believe it should be clearly stated that, for the machine to function properly, both the camera and the air purifier need to be purchased. It doesn’t make sense to buy only the camera or only the purifier. This is something that is often not budgeted for, but in reality, both are essential — especially because not having the air purifier can be harmful to one’s health.
The LP5 arrived very fast and I start engraving the same day. So far so good with the excellent customer support provided by Shirley , many thanks
Good Quality. So far so good seems to work a lot like my LP2. Excited to see what it can do.
A bit of a learning curve, but I’m enjoying using it. A well made machine. I’m very happy with it.
